Shipping Policy

Overview
Each Kirtesy delivery reflects the same degree of intention, precision, and care that defines the brand’s standard of excellence. From order confirmation to final arrival, every stage of fulfillment is shaped by transparency, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to the client experience.

 

Shipping Methods
All shipments are dispatched via USPS Ground Advantage, offering consistent transit between two to five business days across the continental United States. Each parcel is prepared under secure conditions to ensure product integrity in transit. Carrier evaluations are conducted regularly. Select orders may be eligible for premium upgrades or signature-required service at Kirtesy’s discretion. Expedited options may be introduced based on operational feasibility and client demand.

 

Order Processing
Orders are processed within one to three business days following successful payment authorization. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will advance on the next business day. All shipments originate from our fulfillment facility, where each order undergoes careful inspection, verification, and protective packaging. Clients receive two confirmation emails, one upon order placement and one at dispatch, each including itemization, tracking credentials, and delivery estimates.

 

Shipping Charges
A flat-rate shipping fee of five dollars applies to all domestic orders under one hundred dollars. Charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once fulfillment begins. Shipping rates are evaluated periodically to maintain fairness, transparency, and consistency with service expectations.

 

Complimentary Shipping
Orders of one hundred dollars or more, shipping within the contiguous United States, qualify for complimentary USPS Ground Advantage service. This offering is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice. Complimentary shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses at this time.

 

Shipping Destinations
Kirtesy currently ships to valid U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO military destinations. Deliveries to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are accepted but may incur adjusted rates and extended delivery times. P.O. Boxes are accepted where compatible with USPS policies. International shipping is not currently available, though expansion into select global regions is under active review.

 

Estimated Delivery Times
Transit windows are based on standard USPS guidance and may vary due to weather conditions, public health measures, civil disruptions, or carrier delays beyond Kirtesy’s control. While delivery dates are not guaranteed, full tracking visibility is provided. Kirtesy remains available to support resolution of delays in cooperation with the carrier.

 

Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are generated upon shipment and shared by email. Clients are encouraged to monitor progress via the carrier portal. Once dispatched, shipping addresses and delivery instructions cannot be modified. In-transit changes, including rerouting, delivery intercepts, or holds, are not supported after carrier possession.

 

Address Accuracy
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring correct and complete shipping addresses at the time of checkout. Kirtesy is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from address omissions, typographic errors, or incomplete location details. Orders returned due to inaccurate or undeliverable addresses may incur re-shipping and restocking fees. Refunds, if approved, will exclude original shipping costs.

 

Split Shipments
Orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments depending on product availability or inventory logistics. Clients will receive separate tracking numbers for each package where applicable. Partial deliveries may occur without prior notice.

 

Carrier Liability and Insurance
All shipments include standard USPS liability coverage. Additional insurance is not automatically applied and must be requested at the time of purchase. Kirtesy is not responsible for compensation limits imposed by the carrier in cases of damage or loss beyond basic coverage thresholds.

 

High-Risk Delivery Locations
Kirtesy is not responsible for loss or theft following a confirmed carrier delivery. This includes unattended parcels left at mailrooms, porches, front desks, apartment buildings, or third-party facilities. Clients are encouraged to select secure delivery locations or request address-specific accommodations prior to shipment when available.

 

Delivery Confirmation and Signature Requirements
At this time, shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. However, high-value orders or specific destinations may be subject to signature confirmation or verification requirements at Kirtesy’s discretion. Clients will be informed in advance should such measures apply.

 

Failed Deliveries and Refusals
If a shipment is refused or marked as undeliverable after multiple attempts, it will be returned to Kirtesy. Returned parcels may incur re-shipping or restocking fees. Refunds for refused or undelivered shipments are not guaranteed and, if issued, will exclude shipping costs and any applicable penalties.

 

Non-Delivery and Disputed Receipt
If tracking status reflects delivery but the parcel cannot be located, clients must notify Kirtesy within 72 hours. An investigation will be initiated with the carrier. Resolution may include a replacement, refund, or credit depending on carrier findings, case outcome, and product availability. Claims submitted after the notification window may not qualify for resolution.

 

Force Majeure Events
Kirtesy is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by force majeure events. These include, but are not limited to, extreme weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, carrier labor disruptions, or civil unrest.

 

Packaging Integrity and Sustainability
Each shipment is packed using protective, recyclable materials that balance ecological responsibility with product preservation. All items are secured in either branded or discreet exterior packaging to ensure presentation and discretion. Visible signs of tampering or damage must be documented upon receipt and reported to Kirtesy within 48 hours to initiate resolution.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that a package is lost, delayed, or arrives with visible damage, clients must contact Kirtesy within seven calendar days of the delivery date or expected arrival. All reports are addressed with urgency, and outcomes may include refund, replacement, or store credit depending on carrier investigation and availability.

 

Pre-Orders and Backorders
For products offered on pre-order or temporarily backordered, dispatch will occur once all items are in stock. Anticipated ship dates are listed at the time of purchase and may shift slightly depending on production conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

 

Delivery to Third-Party Locations
Orders shipped to hotels, concierge desks, gift recipients, or shared locations are considered successfully fulfilled upon carrier delivery confirmation. Kirtesy is not responsible for the handling, transfer, or receipt of the package by third parties following delivery.

 

Returns and Refunds

Policy Revisions
Kirtesy reserves the right to update or revise this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. All modifications are effective immediately upon publication and apply to all subsequent orders.
