Regulatory Compliance
Due to the distinct nature of Kirtesy products, many of which include aromatic, oil-based, or consumable elements, this policy aligns with all applicable health, safety, and retail compliance standards. Familiarity with these terms ensures a seamless and respectful client experience for all parties.
Final Sale Policy
All Kirtesy purchases are considered final sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances. This policy protects the quality assurance standards of every product and reflects the personal nature of fragrance and scent-related items.
Damaged or Defective Items
Compensation is considered only when products arrive physically compromised or materially flawed. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and must include clear photographic documentation of the item and all packaging. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe cannot be honored. Qualifying cases may result in reimbursement, replacement, or store credit at Kirtesy’s discretion.
Order Discrepancies
Errors in product fulfillment, such as incorrect items, quantities, or variants, must also be reported within the same 24-hour window. Valid documentation, including original order confirmation and photographs, is required. Once verified, Kirtesy may issue a refund or store credit as appropriate. Delayed reports beyond the stated window are not eligible for consideration.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted exclusively in instances of confirmed damage, manufacturing defect, or fulfillment error. To remain eligible, items must remain unused, unopened, and in original condition with all original packaging intact. Proof of purchase and appropriate visual documentation are required for all refund requests.
Non-Refundable Circumstances

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Kirtesy disclaims liability for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported lost, stolen, or missing thereafter. Clients are encouraged to select secure delivery locations. In exceptional cases, store credit may be issued at Kirtesy’s discretion, less any shipping charges. Such accommodations are made without obligation and do not establish precedent.
Gift Purchases and Store Credit
Items purchased with gift cards are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded to another payment method. Store credits issued in response to refund claims are valid for one year from the date of issuance. They are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
