Damaged or Defective Products
If your product(s) arrive damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement. Please report the issue to us within the same day of receiving your order and provide a photo of the damaged item(s) before discarding it. Claims made after this timeframe will be automatically denied.
Inaccurate Orders
If there is any inaccuracy in your order, please report it to us within the same day of receiving your order(s). Please note that all sales are final, with no exceptions. Additionally, all returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Return Conditions
If a return is necessary and approved, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exemptions
We are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. However, if a refund is approved for a missing, stolen, or lost package, it will be issued in the form of store credit minus the shipping fees. Please note that products purchased with gift cards will also be refunded in the form of store credit.
Refund Process
To start a return, please contact us at team@kirtesy.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
